If you have purchased an appointment item but need to cancel your appt, the part of the purchase amount for the visit will be applied to your next appt. The part of the purchase amount for the prescription will be sent to the pharmacy, and the prescription will be mailed to you.
If you purchased a prescription item, the item will be mailed to you.
No Prescription cancellations can be made once the prescription item as been purchased.
