Have you struggled with weight loss?

Many of us struggle every day to try to lose weight and/or to keep the weight we have lost off.

In my weight loss journey, I have tried Jenny Craig, Nutrisystem, 40/30/30 Zone diet, Atkins, Weight Watchers, Counting Calories, Body Bug, Keto, Intermittent Fasting and probably a few more that I’m not currently remembering. I was able to lose weight with every one of these except Weight Watchers. That one caused me to actually gain weight.

As for my exercise path, I have done body building, half marathon training, Sprint Triathalones and just general exercising.

When I’m under a lot of stress, I mostly just sit on my butt and eat. Of course, I know that’s the opposite of what I SHOULD be doing and a huge contributor to why the weight comes back on, especially during the last few years with COVID-19 at our doors. We can all use some CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).

My husband has been right there in the same struggle.

With so many options out there for losing weight, we have decided that it is time for us to start helping others.

So, my husband and I have joined forces and have started Radford NW Health; Advanced Medical Weight Loss Solutions.
I am IAPAM certified.
